G'day everyone,.....

A decisive change then eh?

How about a Tullamarine layout with Trams that run right up to the airport,,.....?
That would teach the Gov!

All the Balsa is down now... road just needs Lines and trams need overhead

after soldering most joints the tram runs easy, track just needs a quick go over with a rubber

the old road which is visible is now a un maintained bumpy service lane with a speed of 40 (reminds me of a couple around here  )

Nice, things are progressing well then! :D

I like the idea of the old road, saves time and effort trying to cover it over!

Right lets clear this backlog!

Lines have been painted (on one side) i decided to use reflective tape i have lying around for the fairway lines cause i cant find yellow paint
Heavy rail is yet agian under review  Hopefully Andrew is gonna get some points in so i dont have to fork out $$$ to get to the city and to purchase some, if so Heavy rail will be duplicated! :D
The intermeadiate stops on the tramway have not been signposted yet Stops are to be in the follwoing order
  • Surrey Hills
  • Albion Park
  • Riddles lane
  • Moleswoth (Will be Molesworth Interchange when Revamped)

when the Surrey Hills end of things is complete Molesworth will be revamped including
  • Balsa roads
  • Double set of tram and train tracks
  • A new interchange at Molesworth station
  • if my sister gives in hopefully some streetlights ($20 for 50! on Ebay)

Image
The new balsa road, the old road which is now the service lane is seen to the left and will have Grass seperating the 2. (yes i can see yellow paint up in the right hand side but not the one im looking for)

Image
My new Surrey Hills terminus! (more traditonal melbourne like)

Image
The flyer enters the service lane as Sydney 1501 (1st bus i had, explians shitty windows) continues down the main drag

Image
And in true Flyer spirit he comes flying out of the service lane giving the driver of 1510 a fright

Image
After a absence of 3 or so months 1027 makes a apperance at the new Surrey Hills terminus (whihc looks like it might be outside the Baileys Head office )

Image
A late running City Circle service shunts over 1027 ( the terminus is just big enough for 2 trams and i mean just!)

Image
Later in the day, 1020, the now on time City Circle service is seen at the new Surrey Hills terminus

Image
1020 departs as 1027 pulls in at Surrey Hills, a Metbus service can be seen also
